Fragrancing Spaces: Mason & Fifth Westbourne Park and Belsize Park

At Oré mi, we believe fragrance is an essential part of how a space is experienced. Long after the visual details begin to blur, a familiar scent can transport you back to how a place made you feel.

In June 2025, Mason & Fifth selected our Eucalyptus fragrance to scent its new Westbourne Park location. This marked the beginning of a partnership rooted in our shared appreciation for thoughtful design, wellbeing and spaces that feel as good as they look.

Following our work at Westbourne Park, Mason & Fifth trusted Oré mi to fragrance its newest location in Belsize Park when it opened in May 2026.

Fragrancing Mason & Fifth Westbourne Park

Situated beside the Grand Union Canal, Mason & Fifth Westbourne Park is a design-led residence centred around modern city living and community.

The building brings together private studios, wellness facilities, creative workspaces, dining and beautifully considered communal areas. Our role was to add another sensory layer to the experience through fragrance.

Eucalyptus was chosen for its fresh, clean and uplifting character. Its aromatic scent helps create an atmosphere that feels calm and restorative without overpowering the space.

The fragrance was diffused throughout key areas of the building, creating a welcoming atmosphere as guests moved through the different spaces. It was selected to complement the interiors and become a subtle part of the overall Westbourne Park experience.

Bringing Eucalyptus to Belsize Park

Following the Westbourne Park project, Mason & Fifth selected our Eucalyptus fragrance for its new Belsize Park location.

Set within a restored red brick mansion in leafy north-west London, Belsize Park has its own distinct character. The intimate boutique guesthouse is home to 56 private studios, alongside a shared kitchen, guest lounge and garden.

Although the setting and scale differ from Westbourne Park, Eucalyptus translates beautifully into both locations. Its fresh botanical character feels at home within Belsize Park’s calm, residential surroundings, while creating a subtle connection between the two Mason & Fifth spaces.

For returning guests, the fragrance offers a sense of familiarity. For those discovering Mason & Fifth for the first time, it helps create an immediate feeling of freshness, comfort and care.

Fragrance as part of the interior

Interior fragrance is about more than making a building smell pleasant. When considered alongside architecture, lighting, materials and furniture, scent can influence the entire mood of a space.

Fragrance can help guests feel relaxed when they arrive, bring freshness to a communal area and create a sense of continuity throughout a building. Over time, it can also become part of how people remember a place.

Working with Mason & Fifth across Westbourne Park and Belsize Park demonstrates how the same fragrance can bring consistency to an experience while sitting naturally within two very different locations.

We are incredibly proud that our work at Westbourne Park led Mason & Fifth to trust us with another of its beautifully considered spaces. Seeing Eucalyptus become part of the atmosphere at both locations is a meaningful moment in the growth of Oré mi and our interior fragrancing work.

The Oré mi Eucalyptus fragrance enjoyed throughout Mason & Fifth’s Westbourne Park and Belsize Park locations is also available for your home through our Eucalyptus Home Mist.
